Don’t blame it on the sunshine...

Don’t blame it on the moonlight...

Don't blame it on the good times...

Blame it on the boogie!

It's the night that the King, Elvis Presley, died and Roddy O'Neill is busy dreaming of life as a rock star!  Debs, his girlfriend, has her own thoughts... basically that Roddy's a selfish, arrogant, horrible, unfeeling, rude, heartless pig!  But the truth is that Roddy is in love with Debs, and Debs is in love with Roddy, but Debs knows that her Roddy has more than a roving eye!  Through all their tears and laughter - can they both find what they are truly searching for?

Boogie Nights captures the heat, the madness, the heartache and the joy of being young and in love.  Packed with the classic seventies floor fillers including Boogie Wonderland, Celebration, Disco Inferno, Enough is Enough, I Will Survive, Play That Funky Music, Street Life, We Are Family and YMCA. Boogie Nights is a celebration of the undying spirit of the decade that brought us glam, funk, flares and disco!

Starring MATT SLACK as Roddy,‘blonde bombshell’ SOPHIE LAWRENCE as Debs, and cheeky Geordie JONNY REGAN (runner-up in Big Brother 2002), Boogie Nights (written and directed by JON CONWAY) was an instant hit with people of every age when it made its West End debut (starring Shane Richie) at the Savoy Theatre in ’98, and the highly-acclaimed touring version created a huge army of fans, following the show around the country, outdoing each other with ever-wilder afros, ever-wider kipper ties, and flares that have to be seen to be believed!

So fluff your afro and polish your platforms and get ready to boogie on down…

this show is disco... with a capital D. I. S. C. O.

So tonight, make it a Boogie Night ‘cos Boogie Nights are always the best in town!

'The star-studded audience was

dancing in the aisles and it

sparkles like a giant glitterball...

it’s boogie wonderful'

The Mirror

'I got down and boogied

with the best of them'

Daily Mail

'SenT us home on a nine mile high…

for a guaranteed good time,

get your ticket now'

What's On

'A mass sing along of seventies hits.

Had them dancing in the aisles'

The Guardian

'The dancing in Jon Conway’s

unpretentious production is

superior to that of the recent

revival of West Side Story'

Evening Standard
