A Guernsey Gardener in 2025

​I woke up so late and RATHER tired still… though at my desk and the day began… and what a long, long desk day of work work it was!  Engaging with all of the talent that was at the photoshoot yesterday, and ensuring we all get the best out of having connected with each other.

Weather:  Rather grey, overcast and damp throughout the day.  It’s feeling colder, at around 2-3°.

Breakfast:  Bran Sticks, yogurt, oat milk, and a few freeze-dried pineapple pieces
Lunch:  Half-portion of the leftovers of Butterbean, Caramelised Red Onion & Carrot Stew mashed and mixed with a Lidl Lentil soup (tin), pitta, thin slices of cheese and sliced cucumber.
Supper:  A reheat of leftovers of the Vegan Lasagne Richard made yesterday, and I made a salad of grated carrot, sliced radish and shallot with a maple mustard dressing.
