A bright start to the day bode well, though the forecast was for overcast skies and rain in the afternoon.
The day ended up being busy so I didn’t get to the plot, despite late afternoon sunshine! Weather: Cold grey start, and the grey stayed all day until 5pm when the sun broke through till sunset. Breakfast: Bran sticks, yogurt, sultanas and sliced banana Lunch: Microwave Pea Omelette, bread roll and homemade coleslaw Supper: Frozen broad beans, some water, a chunk of garlic, and a tablespoon of miso slowly stewed and a half jar of Lidl pesto added at the end. Had with wholewheat spaghetti and grated cheddar.
