A Guernsey Gardener in 2025

Feeling a tad better, though taking it easy and having a desk day for work work…

I am constantly feeling hungry...

With the sun coming back in the afternoon, I did go down to the plot to see what was what, encountering many plotters and charity trustees who were also there - drawn out by the sun, I think.

A quiet evening watching TV, and I went to sleep a few times on the sofa before getting off to bed.

Weather:  Cold, and getting down to zero again overnight - maybe the last time though. Grey start to the day though this gave way to sunshine for the afternoon and rest of the day.

Breakfast:  Bran sticks, yogurt, banana
Lunch:  Tinned baked beans on toast
Supper:  Leftovers of Richard's Vegan Lasagne and a big salad of grated carrot, slices of celery, tomato (free item from Lidl!), cucumber, red onion and sliced radish.
