A desk day.
Weather: Glorious sunshine and blue skies… Happy Days, though cold out of the sun. Breakfast: Porridge by Richard, with a teaspoon of honey and some bran sticks Lunch: Lebanese Lemon Lentil Soup, Rye Crackers, Homemade Hummus, Carrot and Cucumber batons Supper: Reheated White Bean & Celery Lasagne, Oven Chips & Coleslaw (remains of yesterday's Tangy Red Cabbage Salad, mayo and grated carrot)
