It’s wet… so a desk day with work and work work… Richard’s doing his no sugar fruit loaf again… and this time the texture is far, far lighter - all due to listening to me, me, me!! I do get to the plot in the afternoon and sow the seeds I didn’t sow yesterday, a mix of lettuce seeds from Real Seeds and also some Gloire Dauphine which I’m not sure are actually viable. On the way back I passed some perennial peas at a house - I keep on meaning to take a photo, and always forget! Seeing them again I finally got out my phone and took a picture, which I sent to Vivi of what Vivi did next to see if she wants any for her front garden. I think they’d look great tumbling over her front wall, and she agrees so some I saved last year are now destined for Swanage! Yay!! Back at home supper is a de-frosted and reheated Puttanesca sauce Richard made last week, and some salad - a bit similar to the one I did yesterday though without the radish. Weather: A wet wet and miserable start to the day, and basically the whole day stays grey and wet. Breakfast: Bran Sticks, yogurt, and banana Lunch: Carrot & Lentil Soup (from the freezer), Cottage cheese, crackers, cucumber and radish Supper: Puttanesca Sauce with wholewheat spaghetti, grated cheese, and a salad of red onion, tomato, cucumber and olives
