I have substantial business experience over a wide range of different industry sectors including environmental, social, entertainment (primarily theatre and film), creative (advertising, media, digital), and the food sector. Work currently is primarily consultancy and writing related, as well as weekly YouTube videos on the channel I have with my long-term partner Richard.
On YouTube I upload weekly under A Week at the Plot with the work I've done and thoughts I've had on the plot each week - an upload is usually formed of three or four sessions at the allotment across the week. Additionally on YouTube, Richard and I present a weekly show called Sunday Chat - musing on our daily life and the world around us - this is usually pre-recorded as live. There are many other videos which relate to our individual and collective interests and include a large number of vegetarian cookery videos, and household tips under our Wily Wednesday playlist. I write a regular allotment related article in my series A Guernsey Gardener in London for the Guernsey Press.
I have an allotment in west London at Billets Hart Allotments in West London - a 103-year-old allotment that has actually been individual allotted growing spaces since the 1870s. Billets Hart Allotments is self-managed with the land owned by the Charity of William Hobbayne which has been in existence in one form or another benefitting the people of the parish of Hanwell since 1484.
